hello, i am having some problems with drop box. first let me tell you what i am running. i have jaws 11, windows 7 and a relative new puter with plenty of space.
the problem is i cannot seem to use the program. i tried reinstalling. but i cannot seem to log on and when i do i cannot,"see" the files dropped.
my question, do i need to run a highter version of both jaws and windows for the program to run? thanks, gizzy.

Higher version of Jaws, maybe.

I run Jaws 13 here on Windows 7. I have no issues with Dropbox..

If you can upgrade to 13 or above, that's a start. What version of Dropbox are you trying to use, the latest update?

nope, jaws11 is just fine, I'm using it with windows7 no problem here, just make sure you use the latest version of dropbox. you have to go to system tray to access some of the dropbox's features.

Yes. Also try logging on at the website, then install it after you are on.
Remove it from your computer first.
Log on on site, and install it.

After you manage to log in with the dropbox client, you can find Dropbox in your system tray and hit alt d for double click. Then it'll put you in an explorer view of all your folders.
